Hi I’m Victoria and I am so passionate about women moving well NOT more. About exercising to nourish their mind and body, within the time and energy they have and to consider their heart health, bone health, pelvic health, cognitive health and hormonal and health.
Far too many women, 40+ (which includes women in their 50’s, 60’s and beyond) are exhausted, short of time and just busy.
Many have the outdated belief that counting calories and high impact workouts or 60-minute cardio sessions are the key to inch loss.
Very few know that the risk of heart disease increases after the menopause
And not enough women who have received breast cancer treatment are advised of the long-term side effects of their treatment and how to reduce or manage them.
